We offer free UK delivery on orders over £250. Orders are processed quickly to support retail restocking, with most deliveries completed on a next working day basis where possible.
Delivery speed may vary depending on stock availability, order time, location and courier performance. Final delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
For urgent or large orders, we recommend contacting our team directly before placing your order.
Order requirements
We operate with no minimum order requirement, allowing retailers to order flexibly based on their stock needs. This makes it easier to test new lines, restock quickly and avoid over-ordering.
Product availability and pricing
All products are subject to availability. Wholesale environments can involve fast-moving stock, supplier updates and packaging changes. As a result:

Returns policy
All products are covered by a 1 year guarantee (excluding vapes and nicotine pouches). If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will arrange collection and send a replacement where possible.
If the same product is not available, we may offer a like-for-like replacement with your approval. If a replacement is not suitable, a refund will be issued (excluding delivery costs where applicable).
