Delivery & Returns
Returns
We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 365 days of receipt so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Where possible, please note any visible damage when signing for delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products and hygiene items
- Opened or used products
- Vapes, e-liquids, and nicotine pouches
- Custom or special order items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Delivery Information
121 Wholesale (Audiotech Systems Ltd) is a UK-based trade supplier operating both online and from our East London cash & carry outlet. We supply over 1,500 SKUs across 30+ product categories and serve 400+ retail businesses across the UK.
No minimum order applies. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £250.
Delivery times
- We aim for next working day delivery on all UK mainland orders
- Orders placed before 12:30pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12:30pm are dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed after 12:30pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday applies)
- Standard delivery timeframe is 1–3 working days
While we aim for next-day delivery, this is not guaranteed as we rely on third-party couriers.
Couriers
We use established UK couriers including:
- DPD
- DHL
- ParcelForce Worldwide
Tracking information is usually provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery limitations
- Next-day delivery is not guaranteed for non-mainland UK addresses
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, incorrect address details, or accessibility constraints
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services
Special delivery options
Same-day delivery may be available within East London and surrounding areas upon request.

While we hold significant stock at our outlet, some inventory is stored in external warehouses and may not be immediately accessible for collection.
