Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with 121 Wholesale, a trading name of Audiotech Systems Ltd.

Delivery Coverage

We ship orders nationwide across the United Kingdom. Delivery to non-mainland UK locations may take longer and may be subject to additional charges.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed after 12:30pm will be processed on the next working day.

Orders placed after 12:30pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders on a next working day service. In most cases, delivery will occur within 1–3 working days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £250 (excluding VAT).

Orders below this threshold will be subject to a delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

Same-Day & Special Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for customers located close to East London. This is not a standard service and must be requested and agreed in advance.

Customers may choose to collect their orders from our outlet:

Stock Availability

We hold a large range of stock at our East London cash and carry outlet, with additional inventory stored across warehouse locations.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may:

  • Offer a suitable substitute (subject to your approval)
  • Hold your order until stock becomes available
  • Partially dispatch your order

Couriers

We use trusted UK courier partners including DPD, DHL and Parcelforce Worldwide.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave instructions for rearrangement or collection.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your goods arrive damaged or incomplete:

  • Note any damage when signing for the delivery
  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt

We will arrange a replacement, collection, or appropriate resolution.
